    hey chat i got a L6 (mid level) offer at Rippling for a good team in SF and im working at an early stage startup in NYC rn (about 1.5 yrs of total exp) i wanna go to big tech but this is about the same comp as big tech and a promo so im really confused about it, should i hold out for hitting 2YOE and apply to meta / google then or take this and then continue applying for big tech next year

    ​​How many problems do you suggest to do a day? - does it make sense to actually spend 1 hr on a problem (solving and knowing all possible solutions even less efficient and taking notes)?

    When you approach the problem do you actually write out the naive approach too? Or just think about it and say it (at first you prolly wont know whether its naive or not right unless like arrays probs
