Terms of Service

jamesperalta.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”) is operated by James Peralta, based in Canada. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

You sign in with Google. Mock interviews and most practice features need an account. You need to be at least 16 to create one. An account is for one person: keep your Google account secure, and tell us if you think someone else is using yours.

Free accounts include the monthly allowances shown on the pricing page. Allowances reset on the first of each month (UTC) and do not carry over. Pro removes those Free limits and includes a monthly AI allowance shared across tools while your subscription is active. Usage pauses at that allowance; there are no automatic overage charges. Contact us to request additional capacity.

Pro is billed monthly or yearly, in US dollars, at the price shown when you subscribe. Taxes are added where they apply. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. If the price changes, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

You can cancel any time from Manage subscription on the pricing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

Resumes, answers, code, voice answers and messages you submit stay yours. You let us store and process them, including sending them to our AI providers, so we can run the features you use. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.

Anything you choose to make public, like a shared scorecard link, can be seen by anyone who has it.

Interviewers, coaches, scores and feedback are generated by AI models. They can be wrong or incomplete. Treat them as practice signals, not as an employer’s assessment or professional career advice. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or any other outcome.

You agree not to:

• break the law or anyone else’s rights using the site;
• try to get into accounts or systems you are not allowed into, or disrupt the service;
• scrape or bulk-download content, including the question bank, other than through the API with your own key;
• share, sell or resell your account or Pro access;
• upload malware or content you do not have the right to share.

API keys you create on the Developers page act as you, and these terms apply to anything done with them.

Videos, articles, interview questions, solutions and the site itself belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own preparation. Do not republish or sell them.

We may add, change or remove features and free allowances. If we stop offering Pro, or close a paid account for any reason other than a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

You can stop using the site whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

When we change these terms we update the date at the top. For changes that matter, we will tell you on the site or by email before they take effect.
